Johnsons Automotive Service - Greenup
February 6th of 2006 marked another new chapter in JAS’s history. We expanded again this time to a nearby town a little smaller than Charleston. Greenup, IL, which is approximately 20 miles south of Charleston, has become our newest branch.

In Greenup we offer the same level of service and dedication to the industry and our customers as we do in Charleston. While this facility is smaller, it is equally equipped with technology and experience. The new location has the many of the same diagnostic scan tools and the same cutting edge information system as the Charleston location.

The staff of Johnson’s Automotive Service Greenup are seasoned veterans of the parent company. The manager’s are Steve Johnson, founder of the original facility, and Jamey Himes, former manager of the Priceless division. Bill Whitson, lead technician has been with the Johnson’s Automotive Service family for several years and is an ASE Certified Master Technician.

The response we have received from the area has been overwhelming. Aside from the families that were already traveling to Charleston for service at the original facility, our new clientele is often amazed upon their first visit to find that not only is the vehicle completed the same day, it’s done right.

We thank the people of Greenup for welcoming us back to Cumberland County. We look forward to expanding our involvement and commitment to the community.
